An approximate FINAL total (all fees included) on a Split-Half (quarter) is $600 for 60 pounds (depending on final hanging weight). 
 
Deposits are $100/quarter (also called a split-half).  Deposit is non-refundable and will go towards your final total due at time of pickup. The final price is $5.50 per pound hanging weight plus butcher fees.  You will pick up your BEEF at Jones' Farm Meats in Saranac, Michigan unless other arrangements have been made.
 
Note: Spring/Summer Beef generally butchered in May/June.
