CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY
Our process for choosing your new fur pet family member is a little different than most breeders. Each puppy has such a precious, unique personality, so we like for our families to have time to interact with them and pick them out in person. We will schedule 1-hour appointments when the puppies are ready to be picked up (8 weeks old). Families come in the order they have placed their deposit, play/interact for as much of that hour as they would like, choose their puppy, and take him/her home that same day. Deposits are non-refundable. Please feel free to reach out with clarifying questions or a FaceTime call by appointment if desired before placing your non-refundable deposit. We understand that the unforeseen happens in life, because of this, we will honor your deposit for up to 365 days from the time placed. The deposit holds/guarantees the gender of your choice, not a specific, pre-chosen puppy or litter from a particular momma.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
We do not ship the puppies; however, we will meet you at the Lansing or Grand Rapids, Michigan airport for a $150 delivery charge (plus any additional fees associated with your specific airline requirements). You or a flight nanny will need to meet us outside of the airport for puppy pickup. More details will be discussed/arranged if you decide to go this route. Additionally, If you are unable to fly to pick up the puppy (or arrange a flight nanny), we are happy to provide the flight nanny service for you. The Flight Nanny charge is outlined below. Please feel free to message with more questions.
FLIGHT NANNY SERVICE
Devon Valley Farms does not ship puppies under 6 months of age; and even then, only under specific circumstances (ie: working with Guam/Hawaiian puppy travel requirements). We are happy to offer flight nanny service, though! This $1,500 service is additional to the puppy cost and includes a personal escort for your puppy as it travels with the nanny inside the cabin of the airplane. The nanny is either ourselves or someone we personally know and trust. The flight nanny is attuned to your pet's needs and will give special attention to a smooth, caring transition from our farm to your arms. Included: The nanny will have their own puppy travel carrier per airline guidelines, leash, collar, plus any food/water needs. The cost is all inclusive with their roundtrip airfare from our local aiport to your own*, up to $125 covered in airline puppy charges*, the $150 airport delivery fee, all puppy care items (you will need to provide a leash and collar upon delivery as all items stay with the puppy nanny).
*If roundtrip airfare exceeds $800 or if there are charges required by the airline that exceed $125, there will be an additional charge added to cover the overage. Flight Nanny fee must be paid ahead for scheduling purposes. We are happy to speak through these detail specifics with you.
BREEDING RIGHTS+
We do allow for breeding rights with your puppy purchase. There is an additional charge for breeding rights should you desire this option. Rogan, our AKC-registered stud dog, is the third generation pedigree of conditional lineage with DNA profile on file with AKC. According to AKC, this simply means: "When unknown parentage is indicated via DNA testing, the status of the registration will be downgraded to “conditional” until a three generation pedigree is established. “Unknown” will be noted on the registration or pedigree for the ancestor in question. This will only occur in cases where the dogs are believed to be purebred, but a registered parent is found to be incorrect. In the fourth generation of DNA-profiled parentage, the registration will revert to Full and the dog may participate in any AKC event." All of our puppies are that fourth generation and are eligible to have the "conditional" status converted to "standard" upon your submitted AKC DNA test should you decide to do so. *Breeding rights are not available with any discounts.
Rehome In-tact Stud Adoptions Available beginning September 15, 2025:
Theo (AKC/CKC Miniature Poodle)
Rogan (AKC Golden Retriever)

Theo is both AKC & CKC registered, full-blooded miniature 12-pound poodle stud. He will be available for re-homing as a Stud Dog beginning September 15th. Theo is playful, attentive, curious, and prefers the company of other dogs. He has also been fantastic with our children and younger guests on our farm. We have loved our F1b goldendoodles; however, we will no longer be offering these puppies for the foreseeable future. For this reason, we are in search of a forever home for Theo (Piper, our goldendoodle momma, is going to live with my Mom in Cincinnati). We will be particular as to the home he goes to as we genuinely love and care for each of our dogs.
If interested in adoption of Theo for your breeding program or as an outdoor kennel-trained male, please contact us at devonvalleyfarms.contact@gmail.com.

DOB: 5/15/22
AKC: QS00533901
Other: Consistently throws larger litters (avg 10 puppies), consistent deep red gene that passes to majority of puppies and is trending popular right now, AKC registration shows conditional (Conditional registration is 3rd gen and does not inhibit breeding, registration or refer to health), AKC Health and DNA papers - breeding profile only shows at risk/affected ichthyoses category meaning "dry skin" but is non-clinical meaning he does not display this (AKC has no issue per their own DNA counselors; they simply recommend not breeding with an ichthyoses positive or carrier female). Up-to-date on all vaccinations, rabies, dewormer, flea/tick, and will have heartworm testing and brucellosis testing before leaving the farm.
